What are your minimum order quantities?
Liquids (shampoos, sprays) start around 3,000 units per SKU; wipes around 10,000 packs per SKU. First runs are deliberately trial-friendly — you shouldn't need a container commitment to test a second source.
How fast can we get samples?
Spec-matched samples ship in 7–10 days from a clear brief (or from your current product, which we match like-for-like). Samples come with a one-page cost sheet.
Can you match our existing product?
Yes — that's our standard starting point. Send the SKU you sell today; we match the substrate, lotion or formula direction, count and pack format to your spec, and return a side-by-side sample with an indicative landed cost.
What documentation comes with production?
Every SKU ships with SDS, full INCI, microbiological / preservative-challenge / stability test reports and a per-batch COA. GMP documentation is maintained to the ISO 22716 standard; specific certificates are confirmed on request, and site audits are welcome.
Are your products medicated?
No — deliberately. Everything is non-medicated, cosmetic-type grooming (no antibacterial, flea/tick or therapeutic claims). That keeps your product in the low-barrier regulatory lane in the US, EU, UK and Australia, and makes retail onboarding much simpler.
What's the production lead time?
Typically 25–35 days after sample and artwork approval, plus shipping. Our water-based formulas ship as ordinary (non-dangerous) cargo by sea or air — no flammable-goods surcharges.
Can we use our own fragrance, packaging and claims?
Yes. Fragrance (or fragrance-free), substrate (including a compostable option), count, pack format and label are all yours to define. We support claims like hypoallergenic, tearless, sulfate-free, pH-balanced, plant-based, vegan and cruelty-free — and we'll flag any claim that would trigger a regulated category.
What are your terms?
Standard trade terms: FOB / EXW or DDP quotes, deposit-and-balance payment. Details are confirmed on your first cost sheet — no surprises after sampling.
